Kenneth Ibiene Anga is a Nigerian-American professional with a diverse career spanning public service, logistics, and community leadership. Background and Education Originally from Ogu in Rivers State, Nigeria, Anga is an alumnus of the University of Jos where he studied Geography and Planning and served as President Rivers State Students Association He has resided in the Houston, Texas area for many years.

Professional Career
Anga’s career includes significant roles in both the private and public sectors:
• Logistics and Management: He served as the Country Manager for DHL in Liberia.

Public Service in Nigeria:
• Director of Investment Promotion at the Greater Port Harcourt Development Authority (2009–2012).
• Managing Director of the Rivers State Port Harcourt Water Corporation from 2014 to 2018 and secured and made effective Afdb and World Bank $280 million Urban Water project for Rivers State.


 Entrepreneurship:
• Founder of Tropical Travel Limited and Cruise Cousins, travel agencies based in Rosharon, Texas, specializing in group, cruise, and cultural travel.
• Corporate Leadership: • Director at Hydreserve Oil Service Nigeria Limited, a company registered in Port Harcourt.

Community Leadership
In May 2022, Anga was elected Chairman of the Ijaw National Congress of the Americas (INCA), a socio-cultural organization representing the Ijaw ethnic group across North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean. His election followed a virtual vote by delegates from across the U.S. and Canada. As Chairman, Anga has committed to:

• Expanding INCA’s membership and engagement.
• Establishing a youth wing to involve the next generation.
• Promoting cultural awareness and professional networking among Ijaw communities abroad.
• Strengthening ties between the diaspora and political stakeholders in Nigeria. **Construction of an Iconic Ijaw Cultural Heritage and Community Centre in Texas USA.

Anga is passionate about making travel accessible, particularly for underserved communities. He emphasizes the transformative power of cultural exploration and has visited or facilitated travel to destinations across Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean.
